Chop Bar is located near the corner of 4th and Alice streets, in the Jack London Square district of Oakland.
From Hwy 980: As soon as you get on Hwy 880, take the Jackson Street exit. Turn right at the light (Jackson Street), and then right on 4th Street. We’re at the end of the block on the left.
From Hwy 880 South: Take the Oak Street exit, then proceed two blocks and turn left on Jackson Street. After going under the freeway, turn right on 4th Street. We’re at the end of the block on the left.
Chop Bar Reservation Policy
At the Chop Bar we want to make room for everyone!
We take reservations for parties of 6 or more.
For groups of 5 or less: we welcome you to call ahead 30 minutes before you would like to be seated and we can add you to our waitlist so that when you arrive you are already in the queue.
