Hi, folks, we’ve decided to do the patriotic thing and give our staff a break on Sunday and Monday the 4th and 5th. When we reopen on the 6th,we’ll be introducing a new summer menu. We will be using a large cast iron grill pan, affectionately known as “The Caveman”, to grill the steaks, chops, fish, etc. You will also be seeing more tomatoes, stonefruit, green beans, and other summer produce in the sauces and sides. Its going to be like a barbeque every night, so come get some, eh?
