We’re saddened to announce that night sous-chef Eric Cohen will be leaving us to take the head chef job at Pappo in Alameda. Good luck , Eric, there will be no hazing on the way out, I promise.
New stuff on the menu in the next couple of weeks- broiled sardines with puntarelle, yogurt pannacotta with candied citrus, and something involving spent grain from Linden St. Brewery.
